• Managing the testing process by planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordinating efforts with other departments and personnel
• Reviewing results of tests to ensure that they meet established standards or making adjustments to improve results
• Working with software engineers to develop test plans and scripts to automate testing
• Performing quality assurance audits to ensure that the organization meets industry standards for best practices
• Conducting training sessions for new team members to ensure that they understand their roles in the testing process

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Product Designers to ensure effective communication and execution of the Voice of the Customer (VOC), meeting NPI expectations and customer specifications.
• Ensure proper execution of Engineering and AQP deliverables (DfM, FMEAs, Control Plans, MSA) to support the Product Development Process (PDP). Remove barriers to project success.
• Oversee proactive quality management for new product developments, focusing on critical Copper Flex Products at the CFPA plant.
• Guide teams in executing Molex's PDP framework, identifying risks early, and driving continuous improvement.

• Build and lead an outsourced quality team to achieve quality goals.
• Manage and evaluate panel suppliers, establish quality agreements, and support product quality from introduction to mass production.
• Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and customer service, reporting to the sales team.
• Drive quality management and improvements in internal manufacturing.
• Implement client-required certifications, including ISO, environmental standards, and corporate social responsibility compliance like RBA.

• Manage and oversee the Quality Control Function covering factory quality, supplier quality, repair station quality, quality inspection, and quality engineering.
• Manage and oversee the Design Quality Assurance (DQA) Function and the DQA Engineering Staff
• Review and support required updates to QMS Processes, Quality System Manual (QSM), Quality Policy
• Interface with supplier(s) and customer(s) quality representatives concerning problems with quality control and assure that effective containment or corrective actions are implemented.
