Build partnership in a matrix organization.
Develop strong partnerships with business leaders, within and outside own group.
Build and maintain strong relationships across regional HR organization, HR platforms and key team members
Coach leaders on complex leadership and people issues Work force planning and talent acquisition.
Working with business/functional leaders to analyze the workforce needs, actively participating in ABP process, provide advice on workforce deployment. Collaborate on workforce plan with finance, brand and function to ensure investment.
Collaborate with regional TA team to ensure that we get talents. Provide support, handle the on-boarding process in the team to ensure that new hires can settle down successfully and receive all needed support.

Organization development.
Participate in shaping business strategy including building optimal org structure.
Assist commercial/functional leaders in organization structure set up, including but not limited to define the structure, set the right position plan, and conduct communication; manage the change process, etc.
Identify critical workforce development needs, leverage existing company resources to develop different programs; collaborate with different teams and different functions;

Continuously drive the leadership development in the team.

HR Operation & C&B support.
Payroll preparation and liaising with outsourced payroll vendors; work closely with site HRs &Finance team to ensure timely processing of monthly payroll, tax reporting and social insurancecontribution.
With the guidance of central C&B, manage the total comp process; assess the salary range, define salary strategy. Closely partner with sales operations and compensation team regarding to territory planning, sales bag alignment and sales plan adjustments.
HC planning & Budget forecast and management according to company requirement.
Local HR policy review and set up
