Client Description

One of the leading financial institutions in Taiwan. It operates as a full-service commercial bank, providing a wide range of banking services, including retail banking, corporate banking, wealth management, and investment services. 


Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to foster the development of new capabilities, competencies, and skills, while nurturing a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Design, implement, and manage Training & Development (T&D) programs and initiatives that align with organizational goals for capability building and lifelong learning, while addressing current skill gaps in the workforce.
  • Oversee the management of learning resources and budget, utilizing learning analytics and reports to identify opportunities for better utilization.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, adopting innovative practices, technologies, tools, and methodologies in T&D.
  • Performance Coaching & External Collaboration: Provide guidance to line managers on performance improvement through targeted training, and collaborate with external training providers to enhance skill-building and leadership development programs.

Experience

  • Over 8 years of relevant experience in leading and implementing Talent Development
  • Experiences in competency framework development, Talent Development programme and succession p.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and collaboration skills to engage across different levels and functions.
