【工作內容】 • 總務部門行政事務、各部門費用申請、彙整內部公文或規章、回覆國外總公司郵件 • Responsible for handling administrative affairs including mailing room service, documentation and other general affairs related activities, to assist team members on office facility maintenance and business support. Conduct and monitor task in an accuracy and timely manner to enable the Branch running in fluently operation. • Additionally back up Operation department for smooth daily. • Operation, if needed. • Support cable room, expense, outsourcing and other general affairs related administration.
【需求條件】 • Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel). • Good communication and presentation skills to support line of reasoning. • Sound knowledge of administration support. • Good understanding of the local regulations.
【上班時間】 • 週一至五 08:50-17:30 • 週休六日 • 見紅休假
【薪資福利】 • 起薪 35,000-45,000元 • 享勞保、健保、勞退、團保 • 依基法規定之特休假及加班費
