1. Communicate directly and/or on behalf of the CEO with management team members, clients, and others as directed, drafting and/ or sending official CEO office announcements.
2. Manage the CEO’s email inbox and other communication channels as requested (respond to and follow up on emails/ contacts on the CEO’s behalf; sort, flag, remind, and delegate important emails/contact).
3. Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties that include but not limited to completing expense reports; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas.
4. Draft reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepare and coordinate oral and written communication with related parties as requested.
5. Maintain a reminder schedule for the CEO for important clients/ contact’s birthdays; important events, coordinate with related internal parties on sending CEO’s blessings, and drafting related content.
