• Establishing standards, policies, and procedures for testing processes and procedures
• Managing the testing process by planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordinating efforts with other departments and personnel
• Reviewing results of tests to ensure that they meet established standards or making adjustments to improve results
• Working with software engineers to develop test plans and scripts to automate testing
• Performing quality assurance audits to ensure that the organization meets industry standards for best practices
• Conducting training sessions for new team members to ensure that they understand their roles in the testing process

2. Develop strategies for management system improvement and lead the team to achieve annual objectives.
3. Lead the team in setting up technical document management centers across all facilities.
4. Guide the team in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
5. Lead the team in establishing appropriate SPC ystems based on production line quality status and product/process characteristics

• Build and lead an outsourced quality team to achieve quality goals.
• Manage and evaluate panel suppliers, establish quality agreements, and support product quality from introduction to mass production.
• Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and customer service, reporting to the sales team.
• Drive quality management and improvements in internal manufacturing.
• Implement client-required certifications, including ISO, environmental standards, and corporate social responsibility compliance like RBA.

• Manage and oversee the Quality Control Function covering factory quality, supplier quality, repair station quality, quality inspection, and quality engineering.
• Manage and oversee the Design Quality Assurance (DQA) Function and the DQA Engineering Staff
• Review and support required updates to QMS Processes, Quality System Manual (QSM), Quality Policy
• Interface with supplier(s) and customer(s) quality representatives concerning problems with quality control and assure that effective containment or corrective actions are implemented.

- 負責公司品管體系的建立，對出現的各種質量問題進行跟蹤處理。

1. Lead 8D analysis teams to handle customer complaints and internal quality issues, driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

2.Conduct internal quality audits and drive continuous improvement in quality systems to reduce defect rates and enhance product reliability.

3. Ensure that company products comply with relevant automotive electronic regulations and standards, and prepare for customer audits and third-party reviews.

• Responsible for Quality Team management including training/recruit, oversee the Quality Control Function (e.g. MQA, SQA, CQA and DCC).
• As Corporate Quality Representative to deploy & align Quality policy/system to different region(e.g. Taiwan, China and American)
• Review and support required updates to QMS Processes, Quality System Manual (QSM), Quality Policy.
• Interface with suppliers and customers quality representatives concerning problems with quality control and assure that effective containment or corrective actions are implemented.
