You will perform end to end recruitment activities, from research and sourcing, through interview and offer, and of all the operational and administrative work associated with recruitment process for both internally and externally posted roles.
You will need to work with the Country Lead Talent Acquisition to deliver and design recruitment solutions to the business.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Individuals responsible for researching, sourcing, evaluating and selecting talent at all levels.
• Working with Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to construct recruiting plans, to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of hiring process.
• Partner with HR Manager and Business to understand those hiring needs as well as to help with building talent pipeline.
• Participate in employer branding through internship hiring, campus recruitment etc;
• To ensure the recruitment activities do not only offer positive experience but also in compliance with the Company’s policy and Diversity & Inclusion
• Support ad-hoc HR Project

Required Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Human Resources or relevant studies from local or international recognized institutions
• Minimum 3 years’ sourcing or recruitment experience with international search firm or as in-house talent acquisition person.
• Good communication in both Chinese and English;
• Very comfortable working with people from different culture and matrix reporting environment.
• Well versed in Microsoft Offices
