• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and negotiating offers.
• Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and engaging journey from the first contact to onboarding.
• Work closely with \ hiring managers to support recruitment for various positions throughout the region.
• Employ diverse sourcing methods, including direct outreach and cold calling, to attract top-tier candidates.
• Build and sustain a robust candidate pipeline, keeping qualified individuals engaged for both current and future roles.
• Keep track of recruitment data, systems, and reports, regularly monitoring pipeline activities to share with internal stakeholders.
• Apply effective project management techniques to ensure the timely and successful execution of recruitment initiatives.

• Manage compensation and benefits, including payroll outsourcing.
• Drive recruitment and foster strong employee relations.
• Maintain and enhance our HRIS system while providing insightful reporting.
• Partner with business units to align HR strategies with operational goals.

• Provide HR Operation service in regions including Tawian, China, Hong Kong and the U.S.
• Manage local vendors in assigned markets
• Acts as a resource for managers and employees to establish great employee experience and foster positive working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement of local management by establishing policies, handbook and procedures.
• Other HR-related duties or projects as assigned by the HR management.

• Lead the survey, design, and execution of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs tailored for both existing and new markets.
• Ensure all C&B processes meet legal and regulatory standards, safeguarding our commitment to ethical practices.
• Work closely with regional vendors to ensure seamless and accurate C&B workflows, fostering strong partnerships across the globe.
• Support Global HR Projects, gain opportunity to explore various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering.

Lead Key HR Functions: From talent acquisition to employee relations, compensation, and benefits, you’ll oversee all core HR functions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

• Collaborate with Site HR Leaders and hiring managers to identify their specific staffing requirements and workforce planning.

• Develop innovative and result-oriented sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of potential candidates for future opening positions.

• Create and build the talent acquisition strategy to multi-sites in Taiwan, including CDMO business of small-molecule and large-molecule, along with from Commercial and Generic business.

• Leverage external searching firms to broaden talent channels/ external search resources at the region.

• Oversee and deliver full spectrum of HR functions across TW offices including but not limited to compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management, learning and development, employee relations and organizational transformation and development.
• Be an advocate for Employer of Choice in communication of best practices and environment. 
• Lead organizational transformation projects with clear communication, process and transition. 
• Implement and adherence to global HR strategies, systems, processes and regulations. 
• Plan and manage personnel headcount and HR related costs within business plan.
• Drive HR service excellence and KPIs in a performance culture and environment.
